Branch Service Officer

The Branch Service Officer assists veterans, serving military members, RCMP members, and their families in accessing benefits, services, and support available through Veterans Affairs Canada and the Royal Canadian Legion.

They also serve as a local point of contact for those seeking assistance with disability benefits, pension matters, health care programs, and other supports. They can help explain available programs, provide guidance on applications, and connect individuals with accredited Legion service officers when additional advocacy or representation is required.

In situations where existing programs do not fully meet an individual's immediate needs, the Branch Service Officer may also help identify and access Legion assistance programs that can help fill gaps in coverage and support.

Whether you need help navigating government services, understanding your entitlements, or finding support during a difficult time, the Branch Service Officer is here to listen, provide information, and help connect you with the resources you need.
