Russell Legion Bursaries

Bursaries are available from the Russell Legion and are funded by our Branch Poppy Fund.  Graduating students may qualify to receive a bursary toward their post-secondary education from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 372.  Eligibility for the bursaries included:

• Canadian or Commonweath War veterans and their children and grandchildren

• Ordinary Members (veterans) of the Royal Canadian Legion and their children and grandchildren

• Students must reside within the Russell Legion Poppy Boundary

Bursary Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year are now closed.  Information and application for the 2027-2028 academic year will be posted here when they become available.
