The Russell Legion is proud to work alongside the Township of Russell and other community partners to develop projects that honour our veterans, strengthen remembrance, and enhance our community. Current initiatives include commemorative crosswalks, community banners, improved signage, gateway recognition projects, and the development of a new cenotaph to serve as a lasting tribute to those who served and sacrificed.

These projects are designed to ensure that remembrance remains visible and meaningful throughout our community, while creating lasting landmarks that residents and visitors can appreciate for generations to come. We are grateful for the support of our volunteers, partners, sponsors, and local leaders who help turn these ideas into reality.
