Our last karaoke Night of the year was amazing.
A packed house danced and sang the night away. The lounge was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had a few birthday parties celebrating there special day with us and singing there hearts out!!!!! Thank you for joining us and see you at the next Karaoke Night January 11th 2020
Monthly we would like to keep you up to date on the happenings at the legion.
Our Annual Poppy Campaign was held and we would like to thank the faithful schools, businesses and patrons of Russell, Embrun, Limoges, Vars and Casselman who support our annual Poppy Campaign. With your help and the support of our dedicated volunteers we collected $12,892 in 2019. This helps to support the Perley Rideau Veteran's Home, Veterans and their families, Bursaries and our Local Cadets. What an Amazing community we live in.
We had a magical time over the weekend at our Annual Children’s Christmas Party
Santa touched down and made an appearance talking and laughing with the children and of course brought his red sack full of presents for the kiddies who patiently waited their turn to sit and talk with the big man........

The 2nd part of our roof repair has started. The Wonderful workers at Brian Shane Construction are working hard to ensure our roof is completed before the harsh weather arrives! We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us and help us raise money at our Parking Lot Party in June and to the Board of Trustees of the Police Village of Russell and the Scotiabank of Russell for your generous donations. Thank you !!
